How to prepare this fat burning drink?
- 125g horseradish
- 3 lemons (preferably organic)
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (2.5 cm)
Preparation:Add horseradish and ginger in a blender. Cut lemon into small pieces, make sure seeds are removed now add them into the blender along with the other ingredients.
Add 4 tablespoons of honey and 2 tsp of cinnamon powder and blend all the ingredients together for two minutes. Put the fat burning drink in a jar and keep it refrigerated. Take one teaspoon twice a day, with your meals for 21 days. After 21 days you will notice the difference in your waistline.
